The Vines<\/h3>\n

Soil : slopes of in Agly Valley, between 100 and 200 altitude meters.
\nGrape variety : Grenache gris, Grenache blanc, Macabeu.<\/p>\n

The Wine<\/h3>\n

Harvested by hand.
\nLasted press of our white grapes. Fast alcoholic fermentation in ambient temperature. Aged in oak barrels in oxidative environment.
\nBarrels are outside for many years.
\nIn conclusion, this wine is the same as Rancio wine but with residual sugar.<\/p>\n

Tasting<\/h3>\n

Eyes : orange highlights.
\nNose : complex, roast coffee, vanilla, liquorice, curry, walnut.
\nMouth : powerful, well balanced, long aftertaste with candied orange zest, apricot and green almond aromas.
\nFood pairing : Colliour’s anchovy, aged Comt\u00e9 and Mimolette, or as digestive at the end of the meal.
\nService : between 14 and 16\u00b0c.
