It brings together a mosaic of plots: some from the estate\u2019s historic old vines, others from plantings made in the 1980s.<\/span><\/p>\n Altitudes range from 10 to 350 meters, with a predominant north-eastern exposure that preserves freshness despite the southern location.<\/span><\/p>\n This Collioure is based mainly on Grenache, complemented by Mourv\u00e8dre and Carignan.<\/span><\/p>\n Vinification is gentle, focusing on preserving fruit expression and supple tannins. The wine is aged for 18 months, half in barrel and half in tank, striking a balance that maintains freshness while adding depth without excessive oak influence.<\/span><\/p>\n Although Collioure sits at the very southern tip of France, the influence of the Mediterranean Sea and altitude brings an unexpected freshness, clearly expressed in this cuv\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n It shows a bright cherry-red color. The nose offers kirsch, blackberry, wild herbs, and a subtle toasted note.
