Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, and Macabeu have been growing side by side here for generations, producing fruit of remarkable depth and character.<\/span><\/p>\n Hand-picked grapes are gently vinified before fortification, then aged for over fifteen years in old oak barrels under oxidative conditions. Time gives the wine its unmistakable identity, defined by the rancio character, complex notes of dried fruit, spice, and polished wood.<\/span><\/p>\n The color glows amber with golden and copper hues. Aromas unfold in layers of walnut, date, blond tobacco, and candied orange peel. On the palate, richness is balanced by freshness, with a long, elegant finish.
