In the cellar, the winemaking is gentle and restrained, with light punch-downs and delicate pump-overs to preserve the finesse of the fruit. Ageing takes place in tank to retain freshness and spontaneity.<\/span><\/p>\n Beneath its bright ruby robe, Petit Gus Rouge bursts with aromas of crushed strawberry, fresh cherry, floral notes, and a hint of spice.
