Winemaker’s Walk & Gourmet Tasting

Meet the Vines, Discover the Wines, Enjoy a Vigneron’s Lunch

Embark on a unique journey into the Banyuls vineyard, guided by the winemaker.
Starting at 11 AM from the domaine, take a walk to our oldest vineyard parcel, planted before 1900, nestled among schist soils with sea views. It’s a site full of history and the birthplace of one of our most iconic wines. Taste the wine right where it all began.

Return to the domaine around 12:30 PM and enjoy a winemaker’s lunch, specially designed to complement the wines, as you explore more of the Domaine Augustin Parcé range.

A truly authentic moment where terroir, wine, and local cuisine come together in perfect harmony.

Enjoy a magical setting in the heart of the domaine, perfect for a romantic evening, a family outing, or a fun night with friends.
You’ll be served a 4 course dinner using fresh market ingredients, paired with six wines selected from across our ranges (Domaine Augustin Parcé, Préceptorie, and Parcé Frères), all to the rhythm of live music.
