The Wines

At Parcé Frères we seek to produce wines from the terroirs with a range of great finesse. Our gourmet wines are the expression of a passionate work that Martin, Augustin and Vincent strive to perpetuate and enhance over the years.

We do not seek to over-extract our grapes, we work with respect for the vineyard and we simply wish to reveal the best of these exceptional terroirs and vintages.

Here you will find our range of Domaine Augustin, the latest addition to Parcé Frères, which is located in the Banyuls-Collioure vineyard on the Vermeille coast in northern Catalonia. This region is home to one of the most difficult vineyards in France. The steep plots and the Tramontane make working in the vineyards complicated but offer wines of a unique richness and finesse.

You can also find our range of wines from the Domaine de La Préceptorie in the Agly Valley. The valley is enclosed between the Corbières in the north and the Pyrenees in the south. This very particular situation encourages the Tramontane to rush into this natural corridor and offers the vineyard the necessary ventilation to naturally fight against vine diseases.

These atypical lands offer wines with a strong character, in the image of the people who produce them. After years of struggle, Roussillon wines tend to become known and recognized for their high quality.
