The Vineyard

From old mixed plantings on steep, schist slopes, this wine comes from hand-tended plots that cannot be worked mechanically. The rugged soils and maritime influence give the grapes remarkable aromatic intensity. Depending on the vintage, small contributions from neighboring sites may complement the blend, always respecting the identity of the terroir.

The Wine

Made primarily from Grenache Gris, harvested by hand in an early pass through the vineyard. The grapes are pressed slowly and gently to capture only the purest juice. Fermentation takes place half in tank and half in barrel, striking a balance between fruit freshness and the added complexity of ageing.

Tasting

The nose opens with floral hints of vine blossom, lifted by bright citrus notes, particularly citron. On the palate, it shows tension and energy, with a generous texture carried by crisp fruit. The finish is finely bitter and saline, leaving a lingering freshness. Perfectly balanced, this Collioure Blanc pairs beautifully with monkfish tagine, a zesty Thai curry, or a selection of seafood tapas to share.
