The Vines

Soil : steep slopes of schist between 10 and 350 meters in altitude.
Historic parcels and new plantations. North-East exposure.
Grape variety : Grenache noir, Mourvèdre and Carignan.

The Wine

Low volumes harvested by hand. Grapes are vinified with great care.
Aged half in oak barrel and a half in tank. Aged 18 months in barrel.

Tasting

Proximity with the sea brings freshness in our wines.
Eyes : heavy sherry colour.
Nose : fruity, kirsch, blackberry, grilled aromas.
Mouth : fresh, cacao flavours, structured by silky tannins.
Food pairing : red mullet with olives.
