This wine comes from one of the southernmost parcels of the appellation, on the seafront, a north-east facing slope.
Based exclusively on Mourvèdre, we produce this wine with a short maceration period of only one night. The idea is to keep the freshness and the fruit of the grape variety whilst it also being a wine of a beautiful complexity.
The colour is garnet red, with faint pinkish tints. The nose is flattering with aromas of morello cherries and spices. It is a very fine wine but still keeps a nice density. The attack is fresh, the fruit and spice aromas linger on the palate. To be enjoyed lightly chilled, to accompany red mullet fillets a la plancha with seasonal vegetables, or simply with a nice platter of charcuterie.

The first day…
The beginnings of a life, an adventure, a love that blossoms in the early morning and that, taking your hand, accompanies you beyond yourself, the founding memory that illuminates you at its evocation. This genesis, whose light we wanted to capture in this wine that lets the day pass by, is the time that had to be lived after the grapes were brought into the cellar to dress the wine in this robe. There was an evening, there was a morning, that was the first day.
